Vacuum lines and carb issue (1 Viewer)

Trying to find out what this extra VSV valve is for, and more importantly, where to route the 2 vacuum lines. There are no port stickers on the bracket for this extra one (the others have the stickers). I also have something additional on my carb that is not in the FSM schematic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is on an 86 FJ60

Thank you Google Image search. Figured it out. Almost ready to fire it up after fixing intake manifold leak....

The AC Idle Up technically isn't an emissions system, so it doesn't show up on the emissions schematic. See the attached for some more diagrams and stuff.
