Hello!

I am swapping in a used motor into my 1978 cruiser and have a few questions about some additional vacuum lines that I have. My stock carb is in bad shape and the used motor has a Weber 38 on it that I will be running for the time being. I am running my 78 electronic distributor that has one vacuum port on the distributor cap and two vacuum ports on the vacuum advance. The Weber only has one vacuum that is supposed to, from what I understand, go to the distributor. My question is which vacuum lport would I run the line off the carb and what should I do with the addional ports?

Also the breather on the top of my valve cover, any suggestions on where to divert it or should I just put a breather filter on it?

Thank you so much!

Connect the outer vacuum advance nipple to the carb ported vacuum. Cap the other one.
Since you don't have an air filter, attach a line to the port on the dizzy cap and run it into the glove box. All it does is vent the dizzy of ozone.
