The 2018 Virginia Four Wheel Drive Association Trail Ride is 26-27 October, 2018.
For those that have tickets right now NO ACTION is required on your part!
There are 50 spots available for the Trail Ride now that the cancellation period has expired.
The registration page will open tomorrow, Sept 22, 2018 at noon to purchase a registration for those vacant spots. The date to sign up for those newly vacant spots will be 22 September, 2018 at noon.

You will only be able to purchase a registration (1 per person!) and meal tickets. The link WILL NOT work until tomorrow at noon!!
At checkout you will be asked the following questions, THIS IS YOUR REGISTRATION, and we require that you answer each question. If you do not have a tow rig answer N/A.

Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number ((Make sure this person isn’t going to be your passenger)
Trail Rig Vehicle Year, Make, Model, and Color
Trail Rig License Plate Number and State of Registration
Tow Rig Year, Make, Model, and Color
Tow Rig License Plate Number and State of Registration
The name of the club that you are a member of (Write in VA4WDA if you are not a member of a local club)
Your receipt for this transaction IS your ticket. When you arrive on Thursday, please visit the check in table at the entrance to the camping field for early check in. Otherwise we will see you on Friday morning at the check in table at the staging field.
