V-8 Conversion

Need assistance with finding shop that will swap original FJ40 1977, with chevy V-8, and additional running gear. I'm in the Las Vegas , NV area.

i got btb springs so smooth. i can hit a man hole with lid off at 40mph and its good.

Personally, I wouldn't touch BTB. I've had VERY bad experiences with them in the past and know several others who have.

If you are up for a little bit of a drive, you should look at Don(FCFab) and Georg(Valley Hybrids) in Stockton,CA. Georg goes by orangeFJ45(or similar) and sponsors Mud. GREAT dual shop that produces some beautiful work at a GREAT price. Love my work done by them. Currently saving quarters for another go around.

After I had done business with them
I have heard some stories about BTB from a close friend who has some hard fealings about them, I do give everyone a chance to redeem them selves I have had no problems.

The personal experience with BTB is buying a spring kit in 1994 and some used fj40 parts from Brian over the last few years he has treated me well no problems.

I can say this I think they are getting away from the Toyota seen though 4 years ago I counted at least 18 FJ40-45s and 60s at there place in Henderson last fall they looked really slow they had only 2 a really nice Fjs a Red 45 and a 40
and Some cool motorcycles they built but in this slow economy I am sure they would not turn anything away.
