Aren’t the arrows on the belt supposed to align with the pulley notch? This one sure looks one tooth off to me.

Belt-To-Pulley relationship is kinda irrelevant as long as the pulleys and crank marks are correctly aligned. And looking at the marks on that belt, the triangles are not in the middle of a ridge or valley anyway, so could never line up well with the notch on the pulley.
 
You're fine. As said above, the marks on the belt only matter when installing it and are used to ensure everything is line up correctly and in time. Once the engine is turned over the marks will basically never line up again.
