Do the chrome pieces on the doors just pop off?

Curious how the wrap behaves around the handles with both the hand sensor, the button and the key hole.
I dipped mine knowing it was a challenging issue with lots of kid usage. It lasts as long as u car for it, it is peeling where high usage has occurred.
All other parts dipper have been perfect for about 9 months so far.
I know there’s a black LC handle option but wrapping it seems easier and more cost effective if it holds up to the wear and tear
