USASpec BT45-TOY w/ CAS-TLC doesn’t fit- help! (1 Viewer)

So I got the above unit from crutchfield for my 04 LC (factory nav and rear DVD) but neither the TLC harness they say I need nor the standard harness fit the stock unit (jbl/pioneer 86120-60602). Crutchfield support had no idea how to help other than to send it back. I know a lot of people run this- what am I missing? The harness is for a large 12pin plug, but the stock unit has a small 12 pin and a large 20 pin.
Thoughts?

I have the BT45-toy in my 04, I bought the extra harness from them as well but it was not needed. All functions still work without it.

If I remember correctly the small 12 pin on the left is the slot you want to use.

Thank you! I’ll give it another shot- it didn’t look like that one fit either- there were two small square guides in the bottom corners of that harness plug that seemed to get in the way.

I have an '04 as well and the standard harness plugged right into mine with no issues. I didn't need the "extra" harness that is available.
