Pulled from my 2001 LX470. Worked fine when pulled a few months ago, though I don't guarantee the bulb. As seen in the photos: Does not include one of the lamp covers / bulbs / harnesses. Doesn't include screws/bolts/mounting hardware. $50 + $22 shipping anywhere in the US by Priority Mail, so total $72. Paypal, ACH transfer, Amazon gift cert, whatever. Lots of photos below.
