Decision made. Steel wheels are for sale. $150.
These are US Wheel 78-series wheels. 15x8 inch, 6x5.5 bolt pattern (Toyota, Chevy and probably others), with 3.5" backspacing. Yes, 3.5" backspacing was not off the shelf, and these were custom made wheels. They were bought bare steel, and were powder coated black. Made in the USA. I have four.
The oddball chrome wheel was my spare. The chrome wheel is an unknown brand.
I won't ship, so if you happen to pass through Albuquerque, NM I will be glad to transfer ownership.
