Yes. It's two parts. The wiper arm and the wiper blade.
I just did this on mine a few hours ago. Very easy.
Remove the nut, pull on the arm to remove and replace with new part.
To those that live in the salt belt, be careful. My brother works at Lexus and said they shattered the rear glass on a few LX trying to remove the rear wiper arms because everything is so seized and rusted.
