I wired up my radiator fan Friday.. I bought a becool 16" fan, a fan relay, and a fan temp sensor for about $135.00. The temp sensor is a manual adjust as shown by the knob. I'm also going to install an override swich so I can turn on the fan a lower temps.

The whole install took about 1.5hrs. Very, very easy. The truck stays real cool never going above 200.

Attached are some pics for your viewing pleasure. The overflow bottle was bought a checker for 13.99 and mounted in easisly with the help of my neighbors welder.

Let me know what you think.

I should have bought it from WalMart becasue I'm sure I would have saved some denero. I bought it at Checker Auto Parts.

congrats on nice clean set-up, have the same kind set-up but not as clean used scap wires placed the fan as a pusher to help the factory puller and placed the probe in the radiator....love the manual adjust :)
