Looks similar to 'engine under cover #1' 51441-60200 that used to be on my RHD diesel 80. Long since dumped and replaced with something else as it's a piece of junk.

yes it is for my hdj81, ( well hers) and yes its not the most stout underarmor. I am going to put a bandaid on it an eventually replace it, I am not rock crawling, She is using it to deliver mail. in a rual area. It is the back up to her Jeep. and to quote a phrase on a sticker. " jeeps are s*&t" LOL.
I would like to keep some protection there.
