What are these things on the bottom of 2nd row seats?

The top one is the hook to the grab handle at the top edge of the rear door to keep it from falling down. The bottom circle is the plug for the hole in the floor where the seat latch attaches.

Some great info in what I believe is referred to as the owners manual. It’s a neat way to secure the seats. The rear and middle row seats all have these.
