UFWDA JOINS SEMA TO PROMOTE RECREATION
San Diego, CA (Nov 7, 2005): The United Four Wheel Drive
Associations (UFWDA) was a participant in the recently concluded
Specialty Equipment Manufacture's Association (SEMA) trade show in
Las Vegas, NV.
This year marked the 13th year that UFWDA has participated in the
SEMA show. With over 216,000 in attendance to view a wide variety of
auto accessories in over 3 million square feet of display area, SEMA
is an important venue to promote the UFWDA message of "promoting and
preserving the great outdoors for you."
John Stewart, Director of Environmental Affairs and highly
experienced advocate, noted, "SEMA provides an excellent opportunity
to extend the message of advocacy promoting and preserving our
recreation heritage to industry representatives." During the
four-day trade show, UFWDA representatives spoke with visitors from
across the nation and many foreign countries.
Joining Stewart representing UFWDA were Wayne Groom, UFWDA President,
Frank Noel -Director of Public Relations, Joanie Noel - UFWDA
Secretary, Jim Anderson - Editor of United's Voice, Russell Anderson,
and Cheri Morgan.
