Hey everyone. This has probably been asked millions of times but unfortunately I can’t figure this out for the life of me and I recently got surgery done so I can’t go see if I cna find a part number.

Essentially as the post reads it’s time for an alternator. I read that there was only 80 amp ones with a external fan for the 3fe’s but taking a look at mine (in the photos below the external fan is nowhere to be seen, leading me to believe I somehow have a 90 amp one?

I am also looking for a denso replacement on Amazon or elsewhere but am unsure of what part number it is. I am located in Canada.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks everyone.

Looking at rockauto there is a 90 amp with internal fan and an 80 amp with external both listed.

One is a Bosch and one is a Delco.

Here is a thread about it.

The US spec 1991 3FE all came with an 80 amp external fan. Toyota part number 27060-61091.
The early 1992 were 80 amp external fan.
The late 1992 were 90 amp internal fan. Toyota part number 27060-61100. Denso remanufactured part number 210-0177.

You have a 90 amp internal fan alternator. That may have been Canadian spec at the time.
