Thank you. I think that one is Nov 77, do you happen to know if the jacks originally matched the production month of the car as well as the year?

Jacks precede the vehicle production date, in some cases by several months. Here's 2 examples:
-jack dated 5I (Sep 75), original to May 76 FJ40 (8 months)
-jack dated 6E (May 76), original to Nov 76 FJ40 (6 months)

From the 2nd photo above, the date code looks like 0B, February 1970. This is consistent with a TEQ marked jack
with cross-head screws.
