turbo on its way out? (1 Viewer)

My 1986 13-BT has started making a new noise where the turbo sounds a bit like a muffled police siren. Its never made much noise at all until now.

Is this a sign that things are about to go sideways? If so, where can I find a replacement turbo? Partsouq doesn't even have the diagram, let alone the part.

after lots of reading, it looks like some suggest that the turbo out the supra is that same fit. any thoughts on that? The part number (17201-58011) is cross-listed:
