I have an HZ with a new turbo and a new oil feed line. Seems to be leaking at the banjo bolt connection. Original had one washer, so I replaced it with two copper washers, one on each side. Still leaks! Damn!
Any help would be appreciated!

I haven't had good luck with those aftermarket turbo feed lines etc.

Even when doing aftermarket turbo (assuming it is the same fitment as original one) I found the original toyota "pipe" feed and drain to work out a lot better in terms of connections and gaskets sealing etc.
I am no pro with those hydraulics and the actual banjo connectors, so maybe someone else can chime in

So upon friends advice pulled the banjo bolt and washers. Found the 90 deg. fitting had not been tightened by the p.o.
should be all good installed new copper washers.
Drive will tell.
I hate leaks!
