Okay, been reading up all I can on the turbo threads and such...filling my head with insanity!

I've located a Lebaron turbo that feels pretty good. In reading that seems like a good match for low boost on an "H" I live at almost 5,000' altitude...so you can imagine my power...;p IIRC, the Lebarons should be around 7PSI boost would should be just enough help for the H.

I can run a pressure line T from the oil sender, but the return line i'm unsure of. I know I can always run it into the oil pan, but are there any other ports on an H that I can use. There is a bolt by the filter in the pic you can see, but I'm wondering if thats not pressured?

Hi Ben,
I bet that is pressured.
Run the oil return into the side cover. Just drill hole, weld in pipe, done.

You mean the two side covers? If so, that thats pretty stupid easy. I didn't know if you could push extra oil back in there or not...so I assume it's the same as the 2F sidecover setup...basically...

That's where most of the commercial 2H turbo kits dump their oil in. I think I covered it in the HJ60 build up thread somewhere here.
cheers,

This is just a guess, I would think that that may be the oil filter bypass spring cover that would open if your filter became clogged and prevent you from loosing oil pressure to the rest of the system.

Just a guess.
