im gunna spay by tub withsome truck bed liner but cant decide weither i should remover the gas tank and spray floor, or spray right over the top of it, any suggestions?pro's con's?

Take out the tank. It's easy to remove and I guarantee you'll find plenty of stuff to clean out in there. Also you'll probably find some little neat trinket that P.O. dropped in there.
I agree, remove the tank.
yeah, definetly remove the tank, will look much better. and will prevent rust muuuuuccccchhhh better
Take it out, probably find a good bit of rust under there. Then you can coat that area and help protect it for later. That way you can do the underside of the tank if you decide to do the tank as well.
