I read a pertinent thread and think I need to remember this for in the future so here I what I do and it works.
This might be obvious to some; if not useful please disregard.

I send an email to myself.
The subject is what the thread is about...Example: 80 Series Valve Adjustment
I then put a link to the thread in the body of the email and send it

I have a folder labeled "Land Cruiser" in my email that I go to when I want to look up something.
Then they are all there by the subject.

You can also forward them to anybody that is having similar issue.
Just a free way to stay organized instead of putting 500 words in to find the thread

I just click Watch Thread and have it email me when someone does something to the thread. All of those go into one email box and then I just let Apple search my mailbox. I also find the threads I like the most and just bookmark it. I have some bookmarks that are now ten years old. I go thru them twice a year to see if the link is dead or if I need to update it at all.

If you watch a thread do you not get every "Cool" "I need to do this" Replies?

Only if you elect to get them. I get easily 100+ emails a day on the threads I'm subscribed to.

You need more Window time and less Screen time
