My 2015 LX with 41,*** on the clock.
Started doing this after the 40k service with tire rotation at Westside Lexus here in Houston. They also serviced/flushed the AHC system.
Can also hear it while moving at slow speeds. Seems to be worse when there's lateral pressure on the suspension. But that could also be selective hearing.
Oddly enough, the alignment is now off, too...
May not be at all related but not sure I'll be going back.
EDIT: I was forcefully (but not slamming) closing the driver door to initiate the squeak.
