They are bronze, Dave can answer about the details.

Probably "Oilite" bronze bushings.

they are but they seem to work best with a squirt of Fluid Film

Man, I really like this application. I only want the one-sided accessory as well and this is dead simple... very nice.

Now with a Jerry can carrier strapped to the spare tire and an oem Jerry can carrier on the small door.

Not a fan of swing outs for myself but I like this set up also.

I wanted to be able to open the small door and get in and out without messing with a swing out mechanism.
