If you want to spend the night Friday night you're more than welcome. Have a pretty big air conditioned office you can sleep in. Plus the new unfinished body shop will be open by then as well to throw a tent or cot in. Plenty of places to throw a hammock up as well.

Also there will be lots of food aka meat and such coming off the smokers all night friday night. Just bring your own poison.

Brats smoked over cherry with Chef G.W's shrimp sauce

Bacon wrapped tuscan pork tenderloins smoked over apple with Chef G.W's shrimp sauce

Hickory smoked garlic buffalo wings in hot sauce with Chef G.W's blue cheese

Hickory smoked St Louis ribs with Trollhole's Mustard BBQ sauce

Half dollar Idaho gold potatoes seasoned and smoked over cherry with Chef G.W's blue cheese

It all will come off the smokers when it is done. This is all served tapas.


Tomorrow's menu
4 deboned butts, injected, rubbed, mopped and smoked over hickory and a little apple.

Served at lunch with toasted buns
5 homemade BBQ sauces
Home made Cole slaw
Cherry smoked baked beans
4 styles of chips
