Transmission front seal blown!!!

Well, driving to work this morning, I developed a catastrophic leak at the front of the tranny. It is definitely tranny fluid and not engine oil. I am suspecting that it is the front seal on the tranny. My question is, how many other people have had this happen and what all needs to be fixed? I've heard that a lot of times when a front seal goes it means that the bushings/bearings need to be replaced as well. What are the chances that it is the seal only? It seemed to be running and shifting fine. No issues. No noises. Nothing. Just a sudden dumping of fluid. It still runs and drives and shifts fine, just leaks like a sieve.
