IIRC, remove bolt, remove flange, remove seal, replace seal, replace flange, replace/torque/pinch nut.

I did one in a campground this past summer. Just gotta have the proper tools.

Disconnect front end of driveshaft - 2 14mm wrenches
Put truck in gear, have a friend step on the brakes
Unstake the big nut - use a small pin punch
Remove the old stake nut - 30mm socket w/breaker bar
Slide the flange off
Yank out the old seal
GENTLY tap in a new seal, use a block of wood to get it even all the way around
Put some RTV on the splines of the shaft
Slide flange back on
Install a NEW stake nut
Torque to 90 ft-lbs - torque wrench
Stake nut - pin punch
Put driveshaft end back on
Remove fill plug from t-case - 24mm socket
Check fluid level, fill if necessary

What'll that do?

The RTV/Silicone will prevent oil from leaking down the splines, past the washer and nut, and out between the companion flange and the drive shaft....
