Cany you change out a transfer case without taking the transmission out? I'm assuming I'll have to take the hump off at least. But is it possible?

Texican said:It's not hard and I like this much better than dropping both, if you need more clearance, take the bolts in the mounts on the bellhousing out, spin the passenger side around for clearance cause it hits the starter bulge, and with a jack and wood block under the oil pan lower the motor, you can get a good 6-8" this way. and drain both prior to starting the job.
