Part number is 36303-60020. See it on eBay for a little over thirty dollars with free shipping. See dealer close to that but probably add shipping or tax depending on where you are. Cheaper in the Middle East depending on how much to mail it.

@ToyotaMatt That looks much more substantial than the tiny cone thing. Do they make one like this for PTO also? The early PTO knobs are larger than this even I think.

no , not that i have ever seen ?

there is a Tiny CONE thing PTO knob thats pops up from time to time

its the exact base as the t case one different cap on top

That is a late PTO knob, yes it is identical to the T case knob. I have 3 of the early PTO Knobs and they are rather large. I was hoping there was a "latest" PTO knob equivalent to the T case knob you posted.
