Tranny swap behind a 2F?

Does anyone know what automatic transmission would fit behind a factory 2F motor?

not sure, might only be the auto out of 62 and early 80 series

An A440F from a FJ62 should work but along with the transmission you'd need the associated parts. The tranny crossmember would have to be relocated. The FJ60 driveshafts would need to be swapped out for ones from a 62 or else modify the 60 shafts.

Yes a A440f will bolt up to a 2F

Time for a 350V8 with turbo 400 trans if I need to transmission crossmembers and such. Thanks for the info.
