Alot of things can interfere with the shifting of a 62 fluid,getting hot/low fluid or to much fluid, bad motor/tranny mount, cable, u-joint or joints, drive shaft out of phase or bent and to much grease in the slip part of the drive shaft(zerk fitting) not including of course anything inside the tranny itself.
