Was doing the tranny cooler install today and got too aggressive with the dremel.

I ended up cutting through the barb on cooler line.

What do I do now? Is my only option to find another used one and try again?

Any tips on how to cut crimp?

I would recommend taking it to the place where you are going to purchase the hose. They will cut off the old crimp and crimp on the new hose. Any hydraulic hose place should be able to do it. You will need to find a used one in the meantime. I'll bet you can scare one up on MUD pretty quickly. Post up in the parts wanted forum.

That does not look like a barbed fitting to me. It appears to be a pressed together fitting. Either source a new or used one, or find out what thread is on the fittings and make your own with some braided hose and AN fittings. Why did you go after it with the Dremel to begin with?

Head down to your local parts store with the fitting. Napa usually seems to have the right fittings. A local hydraulic shop usually will have the right parts too.
