Any deals to be found on TR HD beadlocks?? I have talked with a few dealers and they all quote list price which is, cough, somewhat ridiculous for my budget. I tried calling TR direct and they offer no discount.

On a side note, I found it really strange that they sell direct. It just seems like a strange Manufacturer-Dealer relationship. In my business the dealer typically gets a 30-35% discount off of msrp and we "do not sell direct" under any circumstance. Only through authorized distributors.

TR encouraged me to contact a dealer in CA, Polyperformace, that "should" offer free freight. Duh. I would rather pick them up at their shop since I live 90 minutes from their location. Or at least work with a local dealer. Oh well.

I will go to plan B if I cant find a better deal this week. I have a very limited budget to work with on my build and just cant swing $395 per wheel.

Plan B will be to go with American Racing ATX Slab bead lock since they are $100 less per wheel.

Thanks.

I got a set of Trail Ready HD's on my rock racer. Paid alot less through a vendor. Great wheels and have been holding up well to some serious abuse. Plus they are made in the USA.

The TR HD series is the only heavy duty cast offroad beadlock racing wheel made in the USA.

Right off their website.:grinpimp:

My bad.
