so my F350 powerstroke was having issues and i found water in the oil. the mechanic found hydro-lock, so it's a head gasket or a cracked head. it is already ugly $ wise.
I got a ride to work for the first week w/o it, but decided it would be good to get Bionic on the road so I had a vehicle of my own(FJ45 is down with carb and battery issues).
my 1st drive found I was only getting 3rd gear out of a newly rebuilt t-mission. I had a feeling it wasn't hitting first gear on the last snow run. this t-mission is shifted by the computer, so I thought it looked like it was in limp mode. the engine is running great, so it must be something with the plug or wiring. a quick look underneath and I saw the plug staring me in the face. it wasn't even plugged in...
suddenly it shifts great and has monster power! those 5.13 gears are doing their job! now I think it could use a few inches of dropped lift. it sits really high and has tons of body roll!
I now remember why it's a trailer queen!
