Hello everyone! Finally another offering from Jason at Trail Tailor, this one being a big one - a rear bumper!

Here's a break down of pricing:
Base bumper bare metal is 2895.00 which includes
- Tire carrier
- Dual jerry can carrier
- 3 way RoadVision (Australian made) sealed LED's (brake, signal, park)
- Sylvania reverse/backup lights

Extras:
- $420 powder coating
- $95 hilift mount
- $135 three jerry can/Yeti 35 carrier
- $120 dual latches


This group buy will be starting now, October 22nd, 2020, and end on December 13th, 2020 at midnight.

Production will start the first week of January 2021 and all of the bumpers will be shipped out by the end of February 2021.

There will be a 50% deposit, and the remainder + shipping will be due upon completion.

There is a limit of 20 bumpers being produced for this group buy. If there is enough interest this will be offered as a production item by @TRAIL TAILOR starting at $400 more than this current group buy price. @hoser I should be at a place next week with this next custom bumper to take shots of the integrated hitch, brackets, spindle reinforcement and quarter panel arms.

The base rundown

Main shell- 3/16" steel
Main frame brackets- 1/2"
Hitch tube- .250" wall square
Receiver- .253" wall square
Quarter hoops .188" wall DOM
Quarter arms, qtr frame brackets 1/4"
Spindle support/stiffner plates 1/4" (these tie from the main frame bracket to the spindles)
Spindles -Custom CNC machined bearing style with CNC TT o-ringed seal cap.
Speedy Block forged steel locking toggle clamps
304 stainless swing arm pop pin slide plates
5/8" pass through welded positive stop pins
1/2" Delrin swing arm pads
1/2" locking spring loaded pop pins (can disassemble for maintenance; greasing/cleaning)
Grade 9 and 10 zinc hardware (SS hardware for misc pieces)
2 can carrier with e-track ratchet strap (Scepter or Nato can)
3 can carrier with e-track ratchet strap Holds 3 cans OR a YETI 35 cooler
Tire carrier is backspacing and height adjustable.

Option for stock or 1" body lift configurations

Great looking bumper, what is the approximate weight and what would shipping be to 87402.

Arms, pending configuration are 60-80#

I got too excited for this bumper...I already pulled the stock bumper off. Just checking days off the calendar.
 
@TRAIL TAILOR is it possible to run just the spare tire? How easy is it to remove the jerry can swing arm when not needed?

my 100 is a DD and thinking dual swing arms might get annoying when not needed

If you want to have dual arms and run just one arm during non trips/DD you will need to order a dual latch option. It takes about 5 minutes to pull the extra arm off if not needed.

Hi Jason @TRAIL TAILOR how does the hi-lift sit on it's mount is it vertical or on at an angle?
