What are you guys using for communications (HAM, FRS, CB)?

UHF/GMRS lic (which includes FRS users, of course)

Invested in Motorola XPR4550's (20w/40w), XPR6550's, XPR6530, plus many other HTT's.

Analog & DMR/digital, but I don't use RF comms much anymore these days.

Interest in Tech license, but too few are HAMs to justify any investment (money or time).

ETA: Good question.

Same here. I’ve done the “practice” quiz online. It was a breeze.

My truck has CB and GMRS installed.

Since everybody likes pics:

^The Midland MTX275’s “brain” is stashed away. Still using the tiny included antenna. Even still it reaches a couple miles though dense woods.
Will upgrade antenna soon.

And the old CB rig stashed inside the Tuffy:

I run a 40 watt Midland GMRS unit and always bring at least two handheld FRS radio to just in case someone in the group needs one.
