Has anyone else been having problems with Trail Candy?

I had a hard time placing an order with them (they would not get back to me on a time frame or a total price for all the stuff I wanted).

Then when I get the order it is wrong.

Now they will not get back to me to correct the problem. The problem is there are parts missing from the order, and I ordered a coated plate, and I got it in the raw.

And I waited too long to file a problem with PayPal. It took about 30 days to get the order, and I waited to long for Trail Candy to get back to me.

Iv only ordered one dash panel from him but he was quick to respond and ship mine

I didn't have a problem with my order - it was a little slow to ship but communication was good, and it was only slow because there was a problem with the manufacturing process and he needed to start over. I'm pretty sure he's a one man operation, so you might just keep trying to get in touch with them. Hope you get it resolved.
