I’ve seen all the long-block not avail for 1FZ and short blocks on back order. But, site called toyota parts et.com shows a long block partial engine assembly for $9500 and show as available. PN is 19000-66052. Anybody know about whether this is legit and they are legit?

Wish it wasn't a lazy internet hoax. It would've saved a lot of folks some serious coin/time. You can still build a new all OEM long block (as of last year based on my exp), but you'll have to source the parts individually. A new short block from T; even its days are #ed.

Gl!

It's not available as a single item from ToyotaPartsDeal or other Toyota dealers, etc. As ^ said, you could make your own longblock, my last one was June of this year, and everything needed was available. I now have 2 on backorder now, they're taking their sweet time.

I pulled the trigger on a new shortblock, the 1fz refresh went great in spring 2022, runs fantastic, but ill feel better having a shortblock in the crate in the shop.
