I did not have any wedges. As far as I know the gear is for a 3 speed.

Are you still sitting on that thing?!?!? TIG braze it and get it going! Free Bump.@kevos37 I still have my winch completely disassembled and media blasted. I just need to have the stress cracks on the feet brazed by a pro. Someday I will get to it.
