About 30,000 USD will put in you one, with a 1FZ-FE (petrol) 4.5L engine, 2 x 90L tanks, A/C, but no diff locks.

You need to go to Oman for diff locks

Yep, however it is tuff to find a Diesel in UAE. I have a rare 2006 from Saudi, it was one of only a dozen or so sold that year. more Diesel's available in neighboring Dubi.

I notice that Toyota is using the POS Grandtrek tires on the 70 series...and I also notice that you can see the rear brake/turn lights from the side. No hitch either.

The dunlops that come with steelies seem very popular for this:

And they come with pintle hooks, rather than a hitch.

I have seen videos of guys doing that, I did it once on accident in my 4runner but it was on a narrow, windy mountain road next to a 2,000 foot drop and I've not since wanted to retry that unless I had a beater and I was in a parking lot like that... wouldn't want to accidently flop something that pretty and new. Then again I have heard there is a loooooot of money in the UAE these days so maybe they just dont care
