I have an inside line to the parts manager now. If there are any issues, she really wants to know and will make it right.

She really is working on buttoning up communication. Truly.

I will be placing another order this round.

During the last 25% with Serra, I ordered some parts that apparently had to be shipped from the factory in Japan. For me, it's worth the wait! I did use the parts numbers from Toyota Gazoo Racing Heritage.
