Hilux Toyota hilux sr5 5vzfe no start (1 Viewer)

Hi i have a Toyota hilux Australian version of Tacoma 5vzfe engine 2003. Car drove fine until about 2 weeks before Xmas. Wouldn't start one morning. So far no fuel and no spark. Check ed coil packs and replaced , efi fuse test and circuit opening relay test using power probe and multimeter testing and seemed good by the book. Changed igniter and still cranks but no start . Just took fuel tank out to replace fuel pump. Can someone please tell me how much resistance needed for fuel pump? Also efi relay doesnt click any more. Is there a relay or fusible link somewhere besides fuse box in engine bay area ? Any reply appreciated
