There is a 100 series in a local pick-a-part and I am thinking about grabbing the CVs. Is there any way to know if they are original Toyota just by visual inspection? Thanks

OEM Part number is printed on the outer lip of the boots next to where the outer band clamp is. Most OEM CVs also had yellow band clamps on the outboard boot, but that has changed in recent years.

Above^^
What year is the truck?

What are you trying to do with them? Reboot them? Just use them as is? I have two that I pulled off my 99 LX that I am pretty sure are original with 255k. I was going to reboot them (no clicking or anything, just one torn boot and another leaking boot) but I just bought two new OEM axles. If you were going the reboot route and wanted them I could probably ship them to you for just the cost of shipping.

I'll take 'em if you don't OP!
You’re really close to me too, so if OP doesn’t want them they are yours!
