The OE Factory Toyota 90380-40026 Bush, Solid (For Transfer High Speed Output Gear) has been discontinued.
Red Line Land Cruisers Replacement Part: RL1009
The T-Case H/L Bushing is a consumable item that is pressed in between the high/low range gears and ride on the main-shaft. We perform a lot of T-case rebuilds here at Red Line Land Cruisers and when Toyota discontinued the 90380-40026 H/L Bushing for 3-speed transfer cases, we simply had to make our own! Because simply slapping bearing and gaskets at a T-case is simply not enough to get it back to factory spec! When your T-case is leaking or starts to gets noisy and or starts popping out of gear, it’s time to rebuild! But it’s this obsolete Toyota bushing that is the critical item you will need to actually fix it from popping out of gear. We simply had to remanufacture the bushing designed with the same factory-spec tolerances with oiling galley’s to control the lubrication-flow. You simply can’t just replace the bearings and gaskets and get your T-case back to factory spec without replacing the bushings! We like doing it the “FSM-Right” way!
