Good morning all,

I have a question that I already know the answer.

2005 LX470

I have a 7500 lb. RV to tow long distance.

If I throw a OME heavy system in, can I do it?

I recently blew the front shocks. Frozen in the winter, so it's going to happen anyway.

Just deciding between medium or heavy.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
Evan

I'd consider air bags to help only during towing if truck otherwise rides even.

(I'm uncertain what you are saying about your shocks.)

Isn't 7500 too heavy?

Yes it probably is too heavy. Even with the OME

We had heavy snow this last March and I tried to raise the vehicle. It wouldn't raise up, so I'm assuming the snow may have been packed up in the wheel well area. It wouldn't raise up and after that I noticed oil residue around the shocks and reservoir empty-ish.
