Tow hook & stuff (1 Viewer)

The plates that are in the pic w/ the two hook: Are they actually used? If so, where do they go??? I've looked in the FSB & other places and can't find them. Same with pics of some of the trucks here on the board.

make that "tow" hook. i'm one of those dyslexic typists.

I have never seen them on a stock cruiser. however, its a good idea as the frame rails arent even 3/16" where the tow hook bolts mount. Never a bad idea to use a backing double plate to distribute the load. frame rails can and have torn in the vicinity of the tow hooks.

the rear 60 series ones are like that.Well the thinner plate anyways.
