Will a receiver tow hitch from a 99LC fit on a 2006?

I don't see any reason why it shouldn't after getting under both trucks and looking, but wanted to see if anyone knew for sure before i went to the trouble of moving it.

Thanks,

yes...

since you got your answer I am going to hijack the thread.
Does anybody have FSM or spcifics for hitch install.

Need to install the hitch before the weekend and only received a bag of nuts and bolts when I bought it off someone here. I have a wiring harness etc. from etrailer.

Basically need to know which bolt goes where and torque specs.

Seems noone wants to install a hitch unless they sold me the enitre hitch.

Check out ETrailer.com - sometimes they have downloadable instructions on the equipment.

Try this:
http://www.truckspring.com/Installation Instructions/Trailer Hitch/Hidden Hitch/87409.pdf

Torque specs are given for the different size bolts used, range is 110 to 148 lbft
