Need help determining whether or not have fitment issues with new OME torsion bars. My ome bars have a lot of slack in front and rear about 11/1000 . Where the stock bars fit in snug. Even after cleaned. Do I have a bad set of bars? What's exceptable?
It feels like it would twist in splines and cause a major problem. Not even close to the oem fitment...
Any advise, help is much appreciated.

When I installed OME bars years ago I recall zero slop. I would reach our to ARB. If you have calipers, you might get a helpful OD measurement of the splines to compare with OEM and then to relay to OME/ARB to see if it's outside their tolerance.
Yes I will, just can't believe that they could be that far off...I measured a difference of 11/1000th difference between the two torsion bars. Makes no sense to me.

Does anyone have a set of 303001 OMU torsion bars that they could measure the spline end shaft width..
I'm measured 46.55 mm on all 4 ends of the set I have.
