Hoping someone can help. I just received my 3FE from the machine shop that rebuilt it, now putting on the manifolds/intake/injection components. After that, it will be dropped off at Proffitts so they can put it into my FJ40. The 3FE comes out of an 89 FJ62.
Eventually I will have a FSM for the 3F, but I don't at the moment. Does anyone know (or can look up) the torque settings for the intake/exhaust manifolds, oil cooler bolts, etc (any other of the bolts that hook stuff on to the block)? Would appriciate anything you can offer. I have searched, could not find this content for a 3FE, only for 2F stuff.
