It's been along time since I post on this site and today I finally got the 40 running after a 5 or 6 year TPI conversion.
Still have some small thinks to finish before it's on the road, but it's running and the end of the project is in sight.
Hopefully I will be able to get some trail runs in this year with the 40.

Two new favorite hobbies. Welding and bottling honey. If I could do both all the time I’d be content.

Did the fuel pump on my 40 the other day.

Easy job except for the tight space, even with the battery and oil filter removed.

Joe I found the best way to do a 40 fuel pump is through the wheelwell with a long extension and a flex socket. Agreed there isn't a lot of room there and at our age bending over the damn fender to do it ain't easy anymore!!!!!!
