Flooded cars will later become a real headache. Electronic modules will go haywire with gradual rust buildup. Some person who just look for a bargain might buy it, otherwise, my offer could be about 10K.

We get major gremlins inn 200s even if someone installs a windshield wrong - imagine a flood damaged 200. I'm with @nissanh. 10K-15K would be a reasonable offer. I think it's despicable that most sellers aren't up front about this.
